Inspiration

Terrible Beauty reflects an aesthetic of Dublin that is a collage of the contemporary and historical.

Maria Parsons draws much of her inspiration from the rich texture of the urban aesthetic. From the contemporary visage of modern architecture to the monuments of once vibrant communities which echo the rhythms that were the heart of Dublin's inner city- these shapes and contours, both physical and tangible, breathe life into Maria's designs.

All pieces of jewellery are solid sterling silver, 18ct gold-plated and hallmarked in Dublin Castle.
